Kocoon’s Spa Class 01
Many of you have been asking us about massage classes. Thus, we have decided to launch Kocoon's Spa Class, an intimate space where you can come and learn some simple techniques to use at home, on you, your partner, friend, or family.
FACIAL CARE:
1) Facial Class 01: How to give yourself or someone, a proper 20 minutes face massage to stimulate collagen production.
2) Facial Class 02: Using cold stones for face massage to stimulate collagen production.
MASSAGES:
1 ) Massage Class 01: How to give a 20 minutes stress melting back massage.
2 ) Massage Class 02: How to give a 20 minutes tension-relief hot stone back massage.
3 ) Massage Class 03: How to give a 20 minutes "Guasha" back treatment to boost immune system and detoxify.
Classes duration:
2 hours ( 30 minutes introduction and demonstration, and 90 minutes supervised practice time).
Time: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 10:15-12:15
Fee: 500 rmb | class | person for class of 2, and 300 rmb for a class of 4. Includes unlimited amount of herbal tea and class material and products.
Class size: Group of 2 students minimum and 4 maximum.
Language: English.
Venue: Kocoon Spa @ Taiyue Suites, Sanlitun South.
