Do you know that……
Colour is a universal language understood by all people in all cultures.
Your colour preferences, such as your favourite colour, the colours you like next to each other, the passing phases you have for certain colours, are all expressions of the inner self.
Through your choice of the Equilibrium colour combinations the soul finds a way to express itself and touch the underlying themes of your life in a way that goes beyond language.
The Aura-Soma Colour System was born in 1983, created as the result of an inspiration received by its remarkable founder Vicky Wall. Though blind and in retirement, she was inspired by a nightly recurring vision of jewel-like colours flowing towards her.
This vision led to the creation of the colour combination bottles that have come to lie at the heart of the Aura-Soma colour system.
These bottles are known as Equilibrium. Since those early days the range of Equilibrium has grown to over a hundred colour combinations, each combination offering its own gifts and potential.
A Journey Towards Inner Self:
The primary aims of the Level 1 Foundation course are to introduce Aura-Soma and to provide information about the tools offered within the Aura-Soma colour system, and to practice interpreting Equilibrium selections. In this respect the course concentrates on viewing the four-bottle selection as a whole picture and explores the relationships between the selected Equilibrium bottles.
You are going to learn……
- The principles of the Aura-Soma colour system as a non-intrusive self-selective system.
- Aura-Soma Colour theory. Primary, secondary and tertiary colours. Complementary colours. Visible and invisible spectrums.
- Sympathetic resonance as a key to restoring balance.
- The language of colour. The messages of colour at various levels.
- Consultation procedure and interpretation of colour selections. The significance of the position of each Equilibrium bottle in the selection. The colour relationships between the Equilibrium bottles selected.
- Guidelines for making recommendations based on the clients' selection
- Introduction to the products and guidelines for their usage.
- Introduction to the products and guidelines for their usage.
- An exploration of the specific messages and interrelationships of many of the colour combinations within the Equilibrium range.
- Demonstration and practical work will be offered.
Instructor:
Ms. Shanto Dorcey
Shanto Dorcey has trained with the Art and Science International Academy of Colour Technology, U.K in 1991. She is one of the Senior Teachers, and teaches the Bridge Course throughout the world.
Shanto is also a Tai Chi instructor, Reiki Master with the International Reiki Alliance, massage therapist, and is trained in Subtle Body Healing.
