Price
Kocoon holds all the rights of final decision in all cases and will retain the right to change the price of the treatment or the product at any time, so please be forewarned.
Pool & gym
If you add 100 Yuan when using the spa, you can use the hotel's gym and pool.

Notes on check-in
Depilation: We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment in order to enjoy treatment slowly.
Spa: We recommend you to arrive 20 minutes before the appointment to use shower or steam room and relax and enjoy treatments.
If you delay the scheduled time: If you delay in your time of booking, whether I am allowed to shorten your time of late minute there is a possibility that I am, or to change your reservation. Please note that you will be charged for full payment.
Health condition
People with high blood pressure, injuries, those pregnant and those with health problems may not receive treatment depending on circumstances, so please let me know. If you are pregnant, spa treatments may not be suitable, so please check with your doctor.
During massage
Massage should be done with all your clothes taken off or wearing disposable underwear. In either case, please be assured that our therapist will cover your body with a towel.
After massage
Massage improves blood circulation and has the effect of urging the detox. After massage we recommend that you drink plenty of water to remove toxins in the body and to prevent dehydration symptoms.
Notes
In order to protect the quiet environment of Kocoon, and set the phone to silent mode, we ask that you put in the locker.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the spa.
Although we are animal lovers, we do not bring pets in the spa.
Keep your valuables at home or in your room. We are not responsible for lost items, so please be forewarned.

Spa treatment will be from 16 years old unless accompanied by parents.
