A spa gift is a great way to pam­per your loved ones! All treat­ments are avail­able in gift cer­tifi­cates, valid 1 year. Gift cer­tifi­cates can be com­bined with spa prod­ucts. Feel free to ask us for rec­om­men­da­tions or visit our online shop to purchase your gift certificate.

Kocoon reserves the right to mod­ify, dis­con­tinue or raise prices on cer­tain treat­ments with­out prior notice.

Check-in punc­tu­al­ity

We rec­om­mend arrival 15 min­utes before your sched­uled appoint­ment so you can relax in the lounge-as a pre­lude to your spa treatment.

In our desire to be effec­tive and fair to all of our clients and out of con­sid­er­a­tion for our ther­a­pists’ time, we have adopted the fol­low­ing policies:

Late arrivals: If you are late, we may be forced to shorten your appoint­ment time or resched­ule your ser­vice. Full price will be applied.

Can­cel­la­tions: No shows and last minute can­cel­la­tions cost a ther­a­pist time and money. We appre­ci­ate if you can con­tact us at least 3 hours prior to your book­ing time so we have a chance to rebook your spot.

Repet­i­tive late can­cel­la­tions: We try not to ask for can­cel­la­tion deposits upon book­ing, on the other hand, after 2 late can­cel­la­tions recorded or a no show, a 50% can­cel­la­tion deposit will be required for us to guar­an­tee your next booking.

 

Health con­di­tions

Please let us know if you have any health prob­lems such as high blood pres­sure, injuries or if you are preg­nant as some treat­ments may not be suit­able. If you are preg­nant, we advise you to seek the advise of your doc­tor prior to your spa visit, as some treat­ments may be unsuitable.

 

Before your treatment

To allow us to safely deliver our ser­vices by min­i­miz­ing any risk of injury, and to ensure we pro­vide you with the best ser­vice and treat­ment pos­si­ble, we will ask you to fill in a con­fi­den­tial form before your first facial or mas­sage with us.

 

Dur­ing your massage

You may undress com­pletely or wear our dis­pos­able under­wear. In both cases, our ther­a­pist will keep your body cov­ered with tow­els dur­ing your massage.

 

After your massage

The mas­sage will improve your blood cir­cu­la­tion and stim­u­late the detox­i­fi­ca­tion process. We rec­om­mend you drink plenty of water so that your body can flush out all the tox­ins and pre­vent dehydration.

 

Respect

In order to ensure that Kocoon is a tran­quil envi­ron­ment, please turn your mobile on silent mode and leave it in the locker.

Smok­ing is pro­hib­ited through­out the Spa.

We are ani­mal lovers, but we can’t allow pets.

Please leave your valu­ables at home or in your room. We are not respon­si­ble for lost items.

 

Age require­ments

Spa treat­ments are avail­able to guests 16 and over, unless with a chaperone.

 

Tip­ping Policy

Tips are totally optional, and please keep in mind that the best tip you can give our staff is to refer a friend or share your experience with her on Tripadvisor or our website.
