Anatomy in Motion

Learn basic anatomy while exploring stretch, mobility and massage

This September, Claire Norgate, an Australian fitness industry expert, will lead an intensive 4-day workshop in Beijing. This unique course will focus on anatomy, safe stretching through yoga, deep tissue massage, trigger points and fascia release. The training will give Yoga and Pilates instructors, personal trainers and fitness enthusiasts effective techniques to enhance their own training, teaching methods and body awareness.

About the course instructor:

Claire Norgate is passionate about anatomy and fitness, which she has studied for the past 30 years and has been sharing her knowledge in fitness/Yoga/Pilates by training instructors for over 25 years.

She is known for her depth of knowledge and the simplicity and fun way in which she delivers it. She currently lectures in all areas of Fitness for the Australia Institute of Fitness and is a Yoga Alliance teacher trainer. Claire presents regularly at both national and international conventions.

This is Claire’s fourth time to Beijing, training with DeVelopments.

Time: 9am – 4:30pm (daily)

This course will be bi-lingual (English & Chinese).

Venue: D Space, gym near Lido

You will receive a certificate at the end of the course with 28 accredited hours with Yoga Alliance International (Australia).
