This meditation class provides a safe and relaxed environment at Kocoon Spa with Cassie’s gentle and warm approach. Her soothing voice will guide you through the journey, also you will learn tools that you can bring into your daily life to transform your life by creating a calm, focused and happy mind, no matter what life throws at you.

In order to ensure the quality of the meditation environment and for respect of all the participants, please arrive about 10 minutes before session starts, to settle in and relax, if you arrive a bit later, please enter quietly and find a space to sit at.
