Roasted asparagus with lemon and rosemary in 2 steps

This is a tasty dish, that you will be able to make at home effortlessly:

Step 1: Place on a baking sheet your bunch of asparagus with lemon slices, rosemary stalks, salt and pepper and olive oil. I will use my hands to blend everything and make sure that the asparagus are well coated in the dressing.

Step 2: Roast for 7 minutes at 400 F, then open the oven to turn the asparagus over, and roast for another 8 minutes. Roasting time should not exceed 20 minutes or your asparagus will lose its crunchiness.

Make sure to serve with bread as you will want to soak it in the dressing. I usually even suck on the lemon slices and rosemary!
