the change of season and the wind blowing all the dust, you may be experiencing sinus congestion, wheezing pain and headache? I used these essential oils through steam inhalation: With the warmth and moist, it immediately opened up my sinus!
Eucalyptus=> Ease breathing
Tea tree=> Antiseptic, antibacterial
Lavender=> Relieve symptoms from sinus pain such as stress, headaches and sleeping disorders
Peppermint=> Especially for headaches
Sandalwood=> Relieve coughing
Frankincense =>Boost immune system
STEPS: Boil some water then pour it in a pot, with 3 drops of your selected essential oil. Cover the pot and your head, and breath deeply for 3-5 minutes while keeping your eyes shut. If you feel you need to take a break, and open up to take fresh air, do not hesitate. Don't be too close from the hot water or you will burn yourself. If you feel uncomfortable, discontinue the treatment.
Do it twice a day for 5 days, especially before going to sleep, it is relaxing and de-stressing!
NB: Use only pure organic essential oils. Often on the market, you find cheap synthetic oils.
WARNING: Do not use essential oils directly on your skin!
TIP: For a more constant relief, if you have lavender, tea tree and eucalyptus, you can blend a drop of each with 3 tablespoon of a carrier oil such as coconut oil, sweet almond oil or olive oil. Rub your chest and beneath your nose with the mixture. I know I'm not supposed to put it inside my nostril because it is very sensitive, but I do it by diluting it in more carrier oil, and apply it gently with a cotton swab.
If you have a skin breakout or sensitivity, come in and have a facial with our miracle healing elixir, the Propolis Concentrate Serum. It's 150rmb to add on your facial, or you can use it at home, and apply it on your problem areas. There is enough in the ampoule to apply it for about 5-6 days and you will see your skin become more supple and your pimples and redness disappear little by little! This serum is so amazing, you may want to use it on a daily basis to strengthen you skin.
Practice yoga regularly, some Asanas can help relieve allergy symptoms, and you can feel the effect immediately!
